    This looks amazing, I would have loved to attend. What about the filling of the tortelli? What about the sauce? Just butter and parmigiano? I am starving. Next time you have to invite me 🙂

      Hello! Thank you! It was very nice indeed. Filling was ricotta and spinaches, 2 sauces: parmesan and sage, and tomatoes and porcini.
      When I will organize another event, I will post on the blog and let you know in advance 🙂
