This is an event I have organized with my mother for a small group of people, 2 hours resulting in 325 tortelli in different shapes and colors.
This looks amazing, I would have loved to attend. What about the filling of the tortelli? What about the sauce? Just butter and parmigiano? I am starving. Next time you have to invite me 🙂
Hello! Thank you! It was very nice indeed. Filling was ricotta and spinaches, 2 sauces: parmesan and sage, and tomatoes and porcini.
